This Blog is devoted to the flooded residents of the Parkview Terrace subdivision located in Iowa City, Iowa. This location is also known as Mosquito Flats. The entire subdivision recently experienced significant flooding starting 6/08/2008. It is still flooded today 6/18/2008.
