Neighbors put their garbage out and the city started picking it up. Also, Eastmoor, Manor, Parkplace and Granada Court are accessible now. There is water at the corner of Normandy and Manor and there is water a block and 1/2 up Manor plus it's a bumpy ride. It reminds me of last winter, when the streets were not plowed very often.
