It appears more information is needed to educate the Iowa City population as to why a buyback of Parkview Terrace is needed. While most of the former residents of Parkview Terrace wish the flooding was minimal and hope they can return the the lives they had experienced before the flood - the fact is over 99% of the homes were severely affected by this flood and their lives will be forever changed.
