At our last meeting, we had briefly discussed making arrangements with a surveyor and/or appraiser for bulk pricing for Park View Terrace neighborhood members.
I have contacted an engineer/surveyor who is willing to provide us some bulk discounted pricing in order to determine if our structures are in the 100 year floodplain, and if so, how high they would need to be increased.
She will be getting back to me this week on pricing, and I will pass the contact inforamtion on to everybody. I have not yet had time to work on apprqaisals, but I will try to make a couple of calls on that today.
